There is still a huge PS2 following, and a question that gets asked a lot is if you can burn Playstation 2 games. The answer is yes and it is a lot easier that in years past. PS2 games are protected by manufacturers by encoding them with encryption. Again, this is done to prevent pirating and illegal distribution which should never be acceptable. However, if you are the owner of the game, you are permitted to make a backup copy of your game.
